I love to create. I am inspired by the qualities of light and the composition imagined and achieved. I love that I can express my point of view, in the most magical and immediate medium. I am a photographer. My hobby is also my job. I do feel fortunate and I don't take it for granted. While I have been taking photos since my early teens it has been my sole profession for more than 5 years now and I enjoy it more each and every day. I enjoy the people I have met and become friends with. I enjoy the challenges and the rewards. I love the knowledge I have gained. I love to apply it and share it. I have learned, I have taught. Because I have been in front of the cameras for years as an actor and a model here in Los Angeles as well as in Canada, therefore I know and understand the business very well.

I studied photography and later on became an actor. Five years ago while in Vancouver British Columbia I needed a hobby to keep me busy between auditions and Canon had just released it's new Rebel Digital camera so I picked one up and fell in love with photography all over again. Since acting was my life and most my friends were actors, I started shooting their headshots. It didn't take too long to decide to make it a full time business. I now have full studio lighting equipment for the fashion editorial shoots but still prefer natural light for my actors.

So say goodbye to old Black & Whites and cheesy composites, and say hello to beautiful clear amazing looking color photos that will get you an agent and in the Casting Director's office guaranteed! I now use a Canon 30D digital SLR with different top of the line lenses Canon provides. All pictures are taken in RAW format and small Jpegs for you to keep.

I am also trained as a Photoshop artist and will retouch one picture of your choice while keeping it as natural looking as possible.
